SeTracker2 4+

I bought a SIM card today from t-mobile because we have our phones thru them. The SIM was $30 and then It’s $10 month. I added my husband and my phone number to the device. Calls and messages work great! The tracking is not accurate. The device is currently in my house and it says the location of the device is not even in the neighborhood. Which sends an alarm because it thinks my daughter is outside of the geo fence. Please fix location settings and please add option to change settings to 12HR (standard time) instead of 24HR and MM/DD instead of DD/MM. I will probably continue to use this for now since the phone and chat work to check-in, and I can remotely take a picture from her device if I want to see where she is...but I don’t like that the tracker is not accurate. I will pay to remove ads if these requests can be updated. Thank you.

Location of the device you put into this app is NEVER accurate. It will show it in another part of town or a different state even. Settings are limited. Can not add anyone else to the account, ie your spouse/child's mother/care taker etc. so they can utilize the app functions, only one phone number is able to be input for app functions, so you have to give them your login credentials. (associated with app content/app account) You have to sit and wait for timed advertisements before you can access the app on start up, unacceptable. If I have an SOS or other situation, I’m forced to watch a timed advertisement, which is apparently more important than providing a location service for loved ones or children. If there was another app associated for my device it would be utilized. The interface of the app is very outdated in appearance, kind of weird to navigate. Don’t suggest this app or a device that makes you use it as the only way to get location services for your loved ones. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I’ve had iPhone since they came out (July ‘07) and have NEVER had to write an app review I thought to be relevant. Parents/Care takers, Please: Find something that is faster and has more useful features.

I got this for my son and daughter at Christmas. It was so much work setting up my son’s watch that I still have never set up my daughter’s watch. My son rarely has interest in wearing his watch because all it does is calls, which those work well, but it only video calls me because I have the app. Not sure if it can video call other numbers because it’s so much work to try and figure out. And I’d love to be able to text him any time but I can’t figure out how it wired sometimes and mostly not. He hasn’t even tried to text anyone else. And it’s cool I can take a picture from his watch any time, but still not necessarily helpful other than maybe it can help me see where he’s at because the location it’s telling me is SO FAR AWAY it’s impossible to trust where he’s actually at. In other words I can be holding the watch and it will still tel me it’s out of the neighborhood a mile away! I’m very frustrated. Plus I can’t even change the name it calls me. It says I’m brother, indicating that’s my identity as the manager of the account. It won’t let me adjust anything.
