Description
Clocking in has gone digital. The PrimePay Employee App lets you quickly punch in and out, no matter where your work takes you. Punching can be tracked and reported with a picture caption or based on location with a Google Maps integration.
But that’s not all: Now you can also review your schedule and time cards, submit and check the status of time off requests, view pay statements, and your Forms W-2.

Does Not Work
Why even have an app if it isn’t going to work at all. I get an error message every time I try to log in “Authentication Failed”. I have double and even triple checked that my user name and password are correct by logging in to PrimePay via their website. At the moment this app is 100% useless. Please fix this right away.
Cannot sign in
I am able to use primepay on the computer but the app doesn’t even let me sign in? It say authentication failed even though I’m using the same login I do for the computer? What’s the problem? I all read for this app is bad reviews? When will it be addressed?
