Description
Fidelity Token is an innovative mobile app for second factor authentication that enables Fidelity Online Banking users secure all transactions using their iOS devices. This eliminates the need to carry a hardware token.
VERIFY TRANSACTIONS
Guard yourself when transacting online by confirming your transactions such as: fund transfer, bills payment, airtime recharge etc. right on your mobile application. Confirm the details and enter your secure, One Time Passcode (OTP) to complete the transaction.
ACTIVATING YOUR SOFT TOKEN
To activate the Fidelity Token, simply login to the Fidelity Token app with your Fidelity Online Banking credentials. Once logged in, the app will authenticate your mobile phone and also request that you provide answer to any of your secret questions.
EASE OF USE, SPEED OF TRANSACTION
Fidelity Token has been uniquely designed as an easy solution for your transactions. All you need is to input your PIN and the one time password is available instantly to complete your transactions. If you are using the Fidelity Online Banking app, you can easily copy the eight digit token response and paste as required.
INFORMATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
When activating your token for the first time, you will be charged N1,500 + 5% VAT. However this is a one-time charge for your token in line with the Central Bank of Nigeria’s directive. Subsequent reinstallation or reactivation will be free of charge.

Token
I have been filing my details on this app for almost 24hrs , The ussd platform is not working, to add to it I can’t get a token number for my online transactions. I see why de call this bank old people’s bank, so slow! If you can’t meet the needs of your customers pls close the app or bank 🤨🤨😡😡 nonsense!!!
Does not send OTP
This bank just disappointed me big time in this lock down, u regret having an Acct with them, my credit is finished while calling them or talking to them the line is much in the calls yet they don’t call back nor solve your problem with this token and there charge so much 1600*
Don’t download
One of the most useless banking app I have come across very useless to the extend of asking you secret questions even if you provide the right answers it will still say wrong input and you will be restricted from login in your mobile app
