Our Automated Network & Service Management solution StableNet® got even more flexible. Aside from our well-known GUI client and our Web Portal, we now also offer a mobile app for iOS devices, which will make your life easier.
We wanted to go a step further in bringing StableNet® straight to your fingertips. After considering several approaches, a native app proved to be the best for providing reliable performance.
With the StableNet® mobile app you have access to key StableNet® features directly on your iPhone or iPad. The app was designed keeping principles of usability engineering in mind, so you can get a view of your network status just as easy as if you were checking your emails.
Available features:
• Alarm list including options for filtering and ordering
• Management of alarms: customize your alarm cells, acknowledge and set reminders
• View root causes, symptoms & device information
• Check exact alarm root cause data on the Chart Analyzer
• Access the geographical & logical location of a device
• Check Alarm states & severity levels
• View bandwidth utilization and network topology graphs

Version 1.3
StableNet® 10.0 is here! With it, we are proud to announce the release of the new version of our iOS App, bringing new features and improvements:
• A fully functional Chart Analyzer: The Chart Analyzer is now available in our iOS app, just as you know it from our GUI client! For an alarm, you can now check various charts in three different time intervals regarding the time of the alarm.
• Better logging: The logged data has been improved so we can support you even better if the need arises.
• Visual upgrades: The colour scheme of the app has been updated to match the current StableNet® standards. Also, we have integrated the brand-new StableNet® logo to make the app more unique.
• Improved navigation: Switch between Alarms, Status charts and the "More" tab even easier.
• Minor bug fixes and performance improvements with the release of iOS 14 and Swift 5.
