To access the app, all you need is your program phone number and contractor ID.

My experience with this bank was wonderful. Easy no frills and very excellent customer support and staff. I would recommend them highly!!!
No transparency and very fishy
I can’t find the balance on our Enerbank loan anywhere. We replaced an HVAC condenser earlier this year and our vendor recommended Enerbank to finance it. I’ve made regular payments of 1/12 the balance but I receive no statements from them. Their website doesn’t provide the balance. And their customer service number isn’t open today and provides no option for checking our balance. Very fishy.
