App requires logging in each time it’s opened. Reported the issue long ago and it was supposedly escalated but it’s still there. Edit: added a star as at least touch ID has been added to make it faster to log-in.
Log in glitch with Face Recognition
When opening the app and enabling the Face Recognition log in, the app will log in for a second to the App Home page and then bounce back to the log in screen. It repeats this nonstop. Closing out the app does not work to get to using the app. The app must be uninstalled and reinstalled to use it as designed. Beware. Do not select enabling Face Recognition log in.
Not impressed
I’m a new SAG member and downloaded the app after receiving my membership card. I’ve tried several times to create an account through the app, I’ve double checked all the steps and requirements, and the app will not allow me to register. Seems to work great for other people, but for me so far it’s been a frustrating waste of my morning.
