Perfect choice for airport transfer

GetTransfer is the perfect choice for going to the airport.
We had a 6:00 flight from Malpensa Airport and needed a 4:00 pickup at our central Milan hotel. GetTransfer offered a selection of well-described options to choose from, and sent confirmation quickly after we made our choice.
Roberto, our GetTransfer driver, personally contacted us the evening before our departure, and arrived promptly at 4:00. He was professional and courteous, as well as a good driver. We were surprised by the very active party scene in central Milan at that hour, but Roberto easily made his way through the crowded streets to reach the airport with time to spare.

GetTransfer refuses to pay me

Hi, Mr. Sapov I apologize to have to reach out to you my name is Marvin A Pravia Lara I’m one of your Gettrasfer
Partner here in Miami, FL the reason for my text is because I have tried via different avenues to get compensated for the jobs that I did in December 2022, January 2023 and February 2023 I was on the 30 days agreement that I usually waited 15 days and my payment was sent, however I received notice from your representatives that you have change it to have to wait 7 months in order for us to get paid. I don’t think that is fair because we put our efforts, gas, money and tolls.
To my understanding before there’s a reservation you collect from the clients so your company already got paid is not fair that I don’t get paid even though I’m the one that did the jobs. I have begged and send countless of emails I waited patiently for the 7 months as you know we are already at the end of September and now they are telling I have to wait another 7 months from August because you said, if that’s the case can you please ask your accounting department to pay my invoices it’s less than $4,000 I don’t your company will go bankrupt for that amount. I Don’t want to start putting bad reviews because is bad for business and I don’t want that.

Terrible

First transfer in Rome went perfectly.

Second transfer from JFK home was a no show.

I provided my flight number with the reservation. I messaged the driver in the APP 4 hours prior to arrival to say we would land 45 mins early. Apparently a broker from Pennsylvania had responded to my initial booking request. The broker responded to say they would arrive early to pick us up. The broker imessaged me during the flight with the drivers contact and a picture of his vehicle (not matching the one presented on the app offer). I messaged the driver as soon as we were out of immigration. No response from driver. I message the broker after a half hour..he says “soon”. After the pick up time came an passed and still no response from the driver I message broker again. He now says the driver was in an accident, they “sent” a new driver..so I asked what time...”soon” was the response. After more back and forth he couldn’t give me a time so I said to cancel it. I’ll dispute the charge with AMEX and took an Uber home.
