ProMedica OnDemand allows you to speak to a provider on your time – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It's easy to use, private and secure. A virtual video chat makes receiving care for common ailments affordable, convenient and fast.
ProMedica OnDemand is great during overnight hours, when you’re on the road for vacation or work, or when anything prevents you from making it to the doctor’s office.

Solid solution!
Nobody likes going to the doctor and waiting 30 min for a 5 min visit. You lose a solid 1-2 hours of your day. This was super quick, had a 2 minute wait, and got the prescription called in. A modern day solution to an old system. I’m a big fan! It’s not for everything, but I can see how this will save us a lot of visits for the kids for small things and even for us as adults when we know the issue and just need a prescription! And, the cost is cheaper than an office visit for us as well!
Healthcare breakthrough!!
I just used the ProMedica OnDemand app and it was so wonderful!! I wasn’t feeling well for a couple of days… But now it’s Saturday and I’m feeling so much worse and my doctor is not available…besides who wants to go out when you’re feeling so sick? I found a local ProMedica Doctor available online who was able to send in a prescription to help me right away! Worth every penny to start feeling better TODAY! Thank you!!
Excellent! My college student age children use often!
This app has saved us on vacations! A quick call and we’ve got what we need! My college student age children are away from home and our regular pcp. They can use this from their dorms and really saves time AND they get what they need with minimal hassle. A must have for college students and parents! Thanks, ProMedica!!
