Description
The Firefly for Students app is your place to go to see your timetable, read school announcements, check on your homework, and see your grades and feedback.
Simply log in using the code provided by your teacher to see your complete timetable and any homework your teachers have set you, along with feedback for any tasks that have been marked. You can add your own tasks and reminders, and link them to a specific class to create a personal to-do list.
Firefly for Students lets you:

Inconsistent — but it works
This piece of software works around 80% of the time perfectly; it allows me to check my work tasks, schedule and deadlines on the go. The main shortcoming is that sometimes the app is unable to connect to the server, even with a perfect WiFi connection. This issue is quite unpredictable; and can happen regularly for a full day, without any sign or action able to prevent it. This means that on occasion, you cannot “complete” tasks, or add new tasks. Also, another shortcoming is the notifications; sometimes a “done” task from many months ago can suddenly turn unread, forcing you to scroll all the way through your “done” tasks to read it, if you don’t want the annoying red number icon to appear on the app image icon on your screen.
Good but need improvements
Overall this app works fine and allows me to check my tasks and grades. However, there’s a problem with this app that when I attach a file, the name of the file changes to random codes numbers, which quite upsets me. Please help to figure this out, and I appreciate your support
