Description
The Alert 360 Video app is designed to work with Alert 360 Video DVRs, NVRs and IP cameras which support Cloud P2P functionality. It allows you to live view your cameras remotely by creating an account and adding a supported device to the account. It also allows you to playback recorded video and save those videos to your device for easy sharing.

FRUSTRATING!!
The app is slow to connect. ...”could be slow internet” but in any case it’s frustrating to go to either one (front door Camera) (front driveway Camera’s) and try to access it, and it won’t connect!! Also the driveway cameras need some type of cover that will keep the camera’s glass dome from getting debris on them which effects the infra red capability.
Also had to tell the main office to stop notifications to the police department due to false alarms!!! That one really pisses me off!!!
Frustrating
The only reason I’m gonna give this a two star review. Because I’ve been with these people for a very long time. For the last two or three years now. They upgrade us two monitors with the 360 live.. it is been so frustrating for the last two years that they cannot correct some of the things that they have to do. They would have to come over fix it and then come back and fix it again come back and fix it again. It is so frustrating day also don’t set the time the date that when I wanted to see some thing or record it I can’t figure out the The date and time. Because they’ve got it at military time. I’ve become very well known with Philip that works there. Because he has to come at my location at least once a month or every other month. I am so frustrated the last time they were at my place. They also did some damage to my wall. And I had to have one One of the servers guys that showed up. Had a scarf for a mask. And it would keep falling off his face. And I requested for him to wear a mask in my home. He looked like he wasn’t happy. But he did but half the time the mess kept falling off his face. I would gave him one he didn’t put it on. He left the scarf on.
Works well but needs enhancement
The app itself really needs installer help in getting set up properly. Instructions are pretty bad for DIY setup.
The second complaint has to do with access to the app. Anybody who acquires a device with the app can access the video feeds. There should be pin number and/or fingerprint ID controls so even if you have the device/ phone, you still need a code/fingerprint ID to get into the app.
