This has the potential to be an amazing tool. Currently however it is not meeting that potential. I find the image quality to be seriously lacking, blurry and missing fine details that are crucial for my patients best treatment. The camera/app is laggy, glitch, slow and must be recalibrated constantly. I was hesitant initially because the scans are non weight bearing and that hesitation has been repeatedly validated. The options for unloading and sweetspots are generic and often completely overlooked by the lab. Until they resolve some of the many issues I encounter daily I do not recommend at all.

We were advised by Dr. Comfort to purchase a Mark II Sensor by Dr. Comfort only to learn that it wont work with the app. The App keeps saying the camera has 0% Battery when in fact it is fully charged.
