@efficientearner ,

So far, so good! Except for...

The functionality of the watch face is great. However, I think there is an issue when it comes to tracking calories and distance. I always seem to get outrageous numbers when it comes to that. I have used this app for 35 games and it has crashed 3 times (usually during my last game of the day).

Great watch for soccer refs

This is my first year using the app and I really love it. A couple of things I like:
-Large numbers. I turned 40 and now I need readers to see small print. The numbers on a standard watch were difficult to see. Thanks for the large numbers.
-Tracking of heart rate, calories and distance. Love the functionality even though the accuracy seems a bit suspect. I ran 6 miles doing a U14 girls match and ran 5 miles doing a U19 boys. I guess it could be true but it didn't feel like it.
-Connectivity to Apple fitness app. All of the data is sent right over.
-Multiple match times along with breaks. At the beginning of the match, it's a quick couple of taps to find the match length you want and start the clock.

Areas for improvement:
-I'd love to see an expansion of data about your movement durning a match. I realize when reffing a match, you are generally running in a zigzag but is still like to see it. A gps visual of your movements can help you determine if you are in the right positioning. A tracker with average speeds, top speeds, etc. that correlates with the match clock would also be beneficial.
-I've also had the app quit in the middle of the match. Keep working on getting the bugs out.

Good pre-configuration options, but seems to be a power hog

Got the app on Friday to help me keep track during my son's U5 weekend game. Tried it out on Friday - allowed me to set up a game based on 4 6 minute quarters, with appropriate breaks in between. On game day it certainly worked better than the standard Apple Watch timer function in keeping us on track. Still need some practice to get used to the press to end a period, then press again to start the rest period, but it's great that it keeps track of the sequence for you. Both Friday and Saturday my watch died in the early evening which it rarely if ever does - the only thing was that I ran this app, so it may be a bit of a power hog. I'll just need to remember to quit the app after use.
