Waste of time and money!

The app does nothing no videos no instruction just a timer, and there’s not even any audio to let you know, so you always have to be staring at the screen. Thankfully, it was only five bucks but still I could’ve got a cheeseburger with that.

app is just a calendar and a timer. no suggestions about how many reps or sets. minimal effort was put into creating it.
