Apple Watch support

I rely on my Apple watch for notifications and alerts when I’m away from my phone. This app is very disappointing that it completely bypasses the watch. If I’m not with my phone, I receive NO indication that a visitor/delivery as at our door on my watch. At a minimum I’d expect a live notification or alert, but ideally the ability to answer the call from the phone.

Big product design gaps!!

The app for this intercom does not ring through to my Apple Watch when someone is at my door. I have my phone on silent all the time (like most people do) and my Apple Watch vibrates when I receive phone calls or texts or other app notifications. But this app does not interact with my Apple Watch, so I constantly miss calls from deliveries and other people at my door - which makes this intercom solution useless. This is a huge miss in the design on the app. Wish we knew this before we bought the intercom system - would have found another option.

Notifications are flaky

The notifications are flaky at best.

I’m not sure if it’s a background processing thing or something else but I don’t always seem to get notifications for every call. Furthermore, I’ve never seen it come through my Apple Watch either.

Dear Drewva91, thank you for sharing your review. We are aware of the notifications issue occurring on the iPhones and iPads connected to Wi-Fi, as it has been confirmed by Apple Support. Please submit an in-app report form (Configuration - report a problem) giving us more details on the issue so we can further analyze its occurrence. In regards to the Apple Watch, unfortunately, we do not offer any integration yet.
