AskCody Signage 4+

The AskCody signage app, let you display the AskCody digital meeting room sign software, Today+, or display the AskCody Guest registration check-in screen, Welcome+.

How to use:
Install the AskCody Digital Signage App and insert a license key for either a Today+ or a Welcome+, manually or with a QR-code.

Today+:
Today+ is a digital meeting room door sign, that displays daily activities, meetings, and events from Exchange, Outlook, and Google Calendar.
When your meeting is about to start, you simply tap the screen to confirm that the room belongs to you. And If the meeting finishes early, you can end it, and the room is released and free for use by others. If no “meeting confirmation” is received during a period after the meeting is due to start, the room is released for use by everyone else in your organization. You can easily book the meeting room from the interface as well. No more interruptions and booking misunderstandings!

Welcome+:
The AskCody Welcome+ is an intuitive, modern and professional visitor registration and management software. The services consist of an Add-in for Outlook, a web-based Management Portal for the reception, and software for the guest registration check-in screen.
Add attendees to the reception directly from your meeting in Outlook, improve front desk reception processes, notify hosts by text or email, and give your guests an extraordinarily good check-in experience.

* Some of the AskCody services requires either Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013, or 2016 with Exchange Web Services enabled, AskCody Exchange Forwarding Service installed on a local server, Office 365, or Google Calendar.
