Paid for a monthly subscription for it not to work.

I have two boys who love to play these games. So I figured I’d pay for subscription for one month to see if they use it enough to pay for the lifetime subscription. Well I CANNOT get most of the games to unlock which is very frustrating for me and my kids. They want to get all the cool items and I can’t do anything for them. I’ve emailed and gotten nothing back. If this doesn’t change soon I’m getting my money back and deleting the games so at least I don’t have to hear them ask me for them when there is nothing more I can do. It was a waste of time and money.
