Alerts & Notifications: Set alerts for low funds and be notified about upcoming bills.
Add Tags, Notes, Images & Geo-Information: By enhancing transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances.
Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact The First Bank customer service directly from the app.
SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
GETTING STARTED
To use The First Bank Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an The First Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Wonderful Bank Experience
I’ve went into the Bank to set up my account. Came inside one other time. I walk inside the doors now and everyone knows my name. If there’s a customer with a bank employee as soon as they get a moment, I hear a “Hello, nice to see you (followed by my name). Personalized banking with smiles and helpful attitudes. As I am walking out, I bump into a friend. We chatted a few minutes about the service and it’s old school home town feel. As well as discussing the personal touch given by all of its employees.
Home town bank
We love banking with The First! Everyone in the Orange Beach branch are simply amazing. We have only been banking with them a few years since relocating here and I truly believe they made a point to know us by name on the first day! That meant the world to me! You call and they answer…. No annoying answering service or automated system. You can tell they take pride in their employees and the employees in return take pride in their customers. This is a prime example of what a bank should be!
The first bank
I started banking here when it was Florida Parish Bank for about 5 years now and I can say the only time I ever had a problem was them turning my card off to deactivate status for fraud protection.. and I’m glad they did .. I bank at the one by piggly wiggly on Hwy 190 in Hammond.. This is Amy’s bank and she will personally go out of her way to make sure you or satisfied with your account ..
