I have been a customer for years. Beauty. Reliable, Fashionable, Timeless and their Louisville employees are amazing, professional and so nice. Online has also never been a problem. I have gems⚙️ in my closet from shopping at Von Maur. Oh and Christmas at Von Maur - only place I shop . Plus the site is decorated beautifully 🌲. Complement’s on everything thing I have bought there .VonMaur is great for kids,, mens clothes, that perfect outfit for an event , it’s not a sore but experience.

No privacy
I just miss the days when we weren’t constantly bothered by the associates. God forbid we just want to take our time insted of leaving every time an associate is coming over to ask if we need help. They even stand by the walkways waiting to ask us if they can help us as we are walking to another department. Then how many times do we have to hear “Are you still doing ok?” Over and over.

Quality
As a single mom of six children it was always important to me that things last. The quality that I found at VonMaur I could find nowhere else. Purchases would still look nice for my growing children, three children would be able to wear a single purchase until it was only good enough for play clothes so the quality was superior!
