Bolt
When there is an issue with Bolt, our company only has one person to contact which is unacceptable for the amount of money paid to use the service.
Your latest Update borked it
The app no longer runs in the background. If I want to use it, my phone screen timeout has to be set to never and the app has to remain open.
Unreliable
In the past month, calls don’t come through on a regular basis. Calls coming in and calls going out are not clear. They go in and out, cutting off both parties for the whole call; Wi-Fi or cellular doesn’t matter.
