Miracle Product

We have a Molekule in every living space in our home, and over the past 3 years since we started adding them, we simply have an easier time breathing despite our family of fours’ chronic allergies, with 2 dogs, a cat and a fish tank.
We had them through COVID-19, during which time we we’re remodeling our interior. All of the contractors involved had COVID at one time or another, but we didn’t catch it. Yes of course we wore masks and distanced while in there presence, but it stands to reason that happening to have these machines that literally kill viruses played a part in our safety. I would give them six stars if I could.

Poor app

I have 5 Molekule machines in the house. 4 are connected to the app and 1 forever says the device is opened when it’s not. That means for 1 of my devices I can never see the filter % or know when to change it. These machines sometimes randomly disconnect from the app which then forces me to reset the whole thing. Which means removing and resetting it up all over again to reconnect to Wifi and the app. I’ve called customer service many times and they have a script where they walk you through the disconnect and reconnect process that I have it memorized. Except for the fact on my 1 machine it never works and they don’t provide a solution other than to buy a new machine. The machine works fine. It’s the app that can’t “see” it so I just can’t see the filter indicator. I refuse to buy a new machine when it works fine and it’s an app software problem that they cannot seem to fix. They keep telling me to ensure I have a 2.4ghz network which I do have so it’s frustrating it’s implied it’s my problem when clearly it’s a bad machine that I have, sadly just past warranty. Worst it’s a software problem not a hardware problem so you would think there would be a solution for this.

You get what you pay for....

This is my second review, of this app and they’re useless devices. By far the worst investment in money ever. This app is terrible, the air purifiers are terrible. The customer service is terrible. If you’re reading this review do yourself a favor and look for a better company. This one is terrible suppose that.

Well as the title says you get what you pay for, that goes for most things except for the molecule air purifier. I mean this thing has the looks of a. Mercedes but it runs like dial-up Internet service. I’ve never had a device in my home that loses connectivity as much as these Air purifiers, And I have three. I mean when you look at the overall product from the app which puts the B in basic an the actual units which from the looks feel and price you would think you were getting the best of the best unfortunately not so! So if you’re in the market for an air purifier please read the reviews because the reviews tell the tale of the tape I only wished I would’ve did more homework before I invested so much money in a troublesome product! Unhappy customer!!!
