Eisenhower ToDo is designed for managing all these little tasks of your daily business. New tasks can be added with a few klicks and can be defined later.
Eisenhower ToDo informs you to define how urgent and how important a task is. You define urgency and importance in a very objective way. You don't need to compare all tasks to each other in order to find the right priority - time saving and convenient.
There is just one list for all tasks. No particular lists that have to be held up to date. So tasks on "forgotten" lists will not get lost. You can use filters instead in order to show tasks that belong to a particular category.
The app is designed to help in very busy times.

Helps cut through the clutter of todos
The best part of this is the scatter plot. All i have to do is keep focusing on the top right of the graph, and the right things will get done in the right timeframe. Press on one of the tasks represented by a dot on the graph, and move it around visually. I used to use a pair wise comparison app to prioritize the tasks, but this is a) much faster, b) requires less maintenance of your todo list, c) helps you focus on the top important/urgent items.
