Pulmoment is a health tracking application for asthma patients and their doctors.

It was designed to speed up mandatory consultations, by letting you answer the routine questions before the actual visits. The application generates a compact report for your doctor which you can print out or send them via e-mail. This way you can spare time and get a better overview on your asthma.
