Great game!
Great game! Have been playing for years. Unfortunately this is the first time I have paid and didn't get my 6 mil in chips. I don't mind putting some money into, but getting nothing in return doesn't sit well.
Watch Ad
About 18 months ago I deleted Slots of Gold because when I used the Watch Ad feature the little green WATCH button wouldn’t light up after certain videos. I complained to tech support and they said some videos were unstable causing this problem but they were working on it. A couple of weeks ago I downloaded the App again and found different videos but the same problem. So, do I delete the app never to return or will they fix the problem?
Oh great, now that I’ve complained about the “watch a video” defect, it’s gotten worse. Now I have to restart the game after every video. Is this on purpose from the programmers?
Sent an email about this issue to the company and it came back as undeliverable.
Impressive customer service.
Apparently nobody intends on fixing this problem so next move is to delete any Avalinx games. Maybe I’ll have better luck with your competition.

We take customer service very seriously and make an effort to respond to all feedback within 24 hours. You gave us an a couple of hours to respond to your problem before writing this review. Our staff has responded to you but have not heard back from you as of yet. We will continue to try and solve the reward video problem for you, but we need additional information.
Almost perfect
Update- repeatedly same freezes- have received a response to update, which I did. I still play this - However only rebooting my iPhone clears the freeze. *Great game- enjoy all the options !
However ~ many glitches pop up. Now it says update to play ? Nothing to update- I’ll wait and hopefully it’ll be cleared up.
Still the best slot game !
