St. Luke’s 17+

I had an incident where I needed to go to an urgent care to have my eyes looked at. I got no discharge instructions and was told everything could be found on my St. Lukes chart. While the practitioner did a great job of explaining everything to me here I am with a bad eye trying to figure out how to create an account for St. Lukes. Once the account was created it tells me my accounts going to be locked for using the wrong password too many times. while the idea of having your information readily available could be useful I found it more frustrating trying to make another account. I can only imagine the difficulties the elderly who are not tech savvy would have trying to figure out technology to access their information.

Ran into problems right away just setting a password. I would enter a lower case letter and it would capitalize it if it was the first letter after a number, later I wanted three letter capitalized, nope it wanted to make those lower case as they were amongst other letters. It is like it is applying proofreading editing to you password which based on good password protocols should not be words in a sent ace structure. I would delete the character it changed, but then it would change them right back to its preferred capitalization structure. Whose password is this anyways? Stupid glitch that is frustrating, no idea behind the logic of that.

I really love this app. I find myself going on it regularly anymore. Saying that though, I have two suggestions to improve the app. 1) have it available to sync with different calendar apps ( Google, apple, ect) so I don't have to go back and forth to update my calendar with new appointments. 2) enable the after visit notes, message, and information of that nature to be able to be printed at home.
