Navisphere® Driver is the quick and easy way for drivers to automatically submit stop and in-transit updates, and upload paperwork—no phone call or email required!
Available for free, Navisphere® Driver allows drivers to supply near real-time visibility for all C.H. Robinson loads when on the road. Because the app automatically connects to our Navisphere technology platform, it eliminates the time and cost to complete required stop and in-transit updates. You can also scan and submit load paperwork in the app using your phone's camera—to get the payment process started right away.
Worried about your phone's battery life? Don't be. Tracking only occurs during the life of the C.H. Robinson load you're hauling, and uses minimal power. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Setup is simple:
1. Download the app
2. Enter and verify your cell phone number
3. Click the load link you received via SMS or manually enter a C.H. Robinson load number

Great app
Easy to use, would like to have future loads and load numbers for even easier use
Nov 6, 2020 update a fail...
Since updating last week the app is very buggy. When app appears to not show when at shipper or delivery it has somehow updated load web page. Arrived at delivery stop and app showed that shipper arrival needed to be input while on website load page it shows both arrival and departure from shipper by the app. What kind of app updates CH but still shows need for updating shipper arrival on the app user interface.

Bottom of app screen with green compass icon has correct location name both in green yet the next line says it is not tracking. If it’s not tracking how does it know my location? What a farce! Carrier is rated by use of app with no allowance for poorly functioning app. Has always been wonky but since November 2020 update it’s absolutely terrible. You would think that given this app is meant to eventually put more CH representatives out of a job, they might want to develop an app that is truly cutting edge and worked to a much higher degree of accuracy.
App issue and request for repair
Hi, I am truck driver, I am using this app in order to track my location by career but I have had login issue all the time and can’t login through my number. All the time I am trying to enter my number which the only option it is not working and shows error accessing the app, therefore I request the technical team to fix the issue so we can easily login for location sharing.
