I have shopped at this store for several years now, thanks to my daughters love for your company. I have bought so many gorgeous purses, handbags, wallets, and luggage from here. I will not buy from anywhere else. Everything i have bought is so well built and put together, and so stunning. I have only had to contact customer service twice ever, but only for general questions. I have had absolutely the best customer experience with this store both times. It is rare to find such wonderful people that work for a company and actual treat you respectfully. They are so fast and attentive. I will forever buy and recommend you to everyone. Thank you for being 10 stars not just 5.

I use to love this app. But for some reason the app locked me out and I could not get into it and I could not get into my points so I lost them all. On top of that my husband had bought me a Michael Kors smart watch for Christmas I asked for gold. he got me a rose gold which I had already had and a regular watch I wanted gold gold. So he gives it to me on Christmas Eve in 2017. I have been trying to get a hold of them ever cents because for some reason the regular gold at the Michael kors store would not allow me to just exchange it I had to pay basically for it all over again and it added 200 and some odd dollars to it so basically I bought my own Christmas present. The ladies at the store in Greenhills were rude and didn’t want to have anything to do with what I said. So I left there and did not get a new receipt I got an exchange receipt which is crap because I can show proof I paid double for the gold watch then the rose gold watch. They gave me a receipt, after asking for one and made it look like it was an even exchange I have not purchased from my store cents. Because this is when I was not able to get into the website anymore

I’ve only had this app for a couple of days and I already bought a small poppy purse a large daffodil wallet, a small satchel in sun, which is a yellow color and a pair of combat boots in blue with white soles. I just love this app. The app is so easy to use. There’s no lag time which is terrific in my book. Everything I bought was on sale with free shipping. I went and joined the KORSVIP which gives you even more discounts, etc. I had no idea how great this website was either, but I think the app is great and if you shop with Michael Kors that you should definitely have the app and the VIP status.
