What a great company. I am new to young living and really wish I had known about this when my granddaughters were here during the crazy of 2020. I have read so many negative reviews an I think they are just mad at something else. I have had a great interaction with customer service. I called I was taken care of within the first 2 minutes of the call. So customer service for me has 10 stars
The product is to die for. I love everything I have received so far. I have been amazed at how much better I feel just putting the oil on 3 times a day. It is actually helping my PTSD. Love this and wish others would not bash a company so bad. I will turn these reviews around if I have to post positive on a daily basis
No I did not get paid to write this. I just love the product and if I could share it with the world out of my own pocket I would in a heartbeat.
Trouble loading and keeps crashing
I imagine this app is very informative. Last week I able to see some info, but would crash and shut down. Now I can’t open any of the links without getting the perpetual loading cycle.
If this problem is not fixed I would like to get my money back
Repetitive text and hard to contact
I downloaded this app to supplement a couple other apps and the Desk Reference I have. The pictures are very nice. However the text is directly quoted from the desk reference book. In addition, I’m finding increasing numbers of passages that are repeats, as if “copy-paste” was ongoing without being monitored. I tried to contact support and finally gave up being able to access the vendor through the app description or directly through a browser to their website. The same page appeared each time that was unresponsive. There should be information in the app description that alerts readers to the association between the app and the Desk Reference so that customers can knowingly choose whether to get the mobile version of a book they might already have or not. Disappointing.
