Description

First Stop Health. Care that people love.

First Stop Health gives employees virtual access to a board-certified physician 24/7 for diagnosis and treatment of illnesses including infections (e.g. sinus, eye, ear or skin), sore throat, women’s health issues, and medication refills.

Getting a phone or video consultation with a doctor is quick and easy with the First Stop Health app. Simply confirm the information provided by your employer and answer a few diagnostic questions and you’ll be connected with one of our doctors. Wait times are usually in less than 5 minutes, and prescriptions can be ready in less than an hour. Our app also allows employees to download sick notes, review consultation details, and contact our support team.

First Stop Health is available exclusively to our client's employees as an employee benefit - consultation fees vary depending on your health plan. Most members have access with no copay or consultation fee.

Pre-registration is not required.

Download the app today and talk to a First Stop Health physician via phone or video in minutes.

Health App integration is available as an option for blood pressure and weight to provide doctors with valuable data to support patients requested diagnosis and triage. This data is used for diagnostic and quality assurance purposes only.

Thanks to FSH & Dr. Sartin

I’m beyond thankful to have access to this service, because it has made healthcare immensely more accessible for me in multiple ways, including actual physical accessibility (I do not have a vehicle), as well as mental accessibility (I struggle with anxiety-related motivation), so telephone/video appointments are literally the best thing since sliced bread.

Dr. Sartin is seriously incredible. Best doctor I’ve seen in years. He actively listens; he shows genuine empathy and compassion; he discusses different treatment options and asks for your opinion about them, as opposed to just telling you what to do, as so many doctors unfortunately do. Both times I’ve seen him, I’ve left the appointment feeling genuinely cared for and that my health is in good hands. Not only does he make “going to the doctor” less scary, but something to actually look forward to (in what is usually a scary and/or painful time, when you are really in need of medical attention/help). He and his team offer tangible, meaningful, and practical support with the utmost care, respect, and transparency. I’m very grateful to have found y’all, thank you for being you!

So helpful

I have been feeling bad and knowing I had a sinus infection brewing due to getting them frequently. But, because of our current pandemic I didn’t feel like going to an urgent care was a good idea. I went back and forth should I even try this or not and I’m so glad I did. I put my info in, requested an appointment, and got a call in about 3 minutes. I spoke to the doctor, gave him my symptoms, he prescribed antibiotics and gave other OTC things(I already was doing, but good to know I was on the right track). All less than 5 mins, but I gave him the info he needed and vise versa. I got a text about a minute after I hung up about my RX being processed at my pharmacy and it was ready within the hour. It was so easy, I’m glad I did this. Felt like I needed to review since I went back and forth so much that hopefully this will help someone else.
