Description

Learn how to perform self-acupressure for treating fatigue in cancer survivors. This easy-to-learn technique is based on research conducted at the University of Michigan sponsored by the National Cancer Institute. This research showed that doing this acupressure routine once daily for six weeks had over two-thirds of women no longer having persistent fatigue. This self-acupressure technique was also helpful for improving the quality of sleep and improving quality of life.

Very well done app with complete explanations

If you follow the New Users tab and watch the video, you can easily follow along. If you do it as prescribed, the results are impressive.

Terrible!

There does not seem to be a volume button. The written instructions go by pretty rapidly. The app seems complicated. Wish I could get a refund.
