Rotate connects multiple iPhones together to simultaneously take a picture on each device. This app creates matrix-rotating-freeze-frame pictures that you see in movies. Take your next action packed picture with Rotate!
Group Mode:
- Everything is better with friends, so group up to take the ultimate picture!
- With the help of Rotate, a group of friends can simultaneously take a picture of an object using multiple iPhones from different angles
- The app then creates the ultimate rotating video comprised of each picture
Solo Mode:
- When friends aren’t around, go solo!
- Solo rotates are taken with just one camera around a stationary object
- Using the previous picture as a reference, rotate around and take the next picture

Distance limit?
Ok this app is genius, I will be getting all my friends to download it. But what about simultaneous photos by people spread out over 100s of meters, would be awesome for large but fast changing objects, like a growing storm cloud, or a fireworks display?? WiFi lag would be more severe but your photo overlap method might have more tolerance at larger scales?

I’m glad you enjoy the app! Currently the distance limit is being tested. You are right about the WiFi situation. If the phones have cellular service or a bluetooth connection then the timing should be more consistent.
