Worst bank service I have ever experienced.

I had a terrible experience using this bank and its services. I strongly advise against using it for any kind of wire transfers. I usually send money to Egypt and was recommended to use this bank by Taptap Send application. I sent the money through the app and everything was cleared, but the recipient had to visit the bank four times and was given different reasons for the delay each time. When I contacted Taptap customer service, they assured me that the wire transfer had gone through and that the problem was with the bank. However, the bank did not provide any explanation for the delay and their customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I will never use this bank again.
