The apps pretty good sometimes it glitches when I’m checking out but other than that :)
Worst customer service ever!
Customer service has been so bad especially for returns that I will no longer purchase ITS. The quality of the clothing has also, for some items, been evidently cheap and not tailored. I am stuck in a never ending email correspondence with incompetent return customer service reps and eventually never get their money back after needing to send tracking numbers, photos of proof of multiple things, name of clothing items, order numbers. You can’t simply process a return and eventually get the refund.

There is a 🇺🇸UNITED STATES 🇺🇸 currency on the browsers, online..so I decided to download the app..it’s okay..but there is not a currency for anyone in the United States to us 🤷🏼♀️
However, after seeing I’m not the only (who has reported this issue months ago and it’s still not changed) say this app/site may not be the best option for someone to shop from ...I’ll be deleting this app.
Customer service hasn’t even replied to ANYONE’S review!!! Cute stuff, but I’d rather take a chance ordering from Wish. ✌🏼
