Needs lots bug fixes
There are lot of issues during payment for the scheme. It’s a revenue generating flow, have this properly tested by the QAs. Also, no proper Authentication during login/logout
Payment issue occurs every time
When we initiate payment from oriana app, connection time out occurs and when we try after sometime, getting error message as another payment in process for whole day. Also collections are less compared to online.
Lot of challenges
App is supposed to convenient for online transaction, but this app has so many issues. Login issues , no customer support to address, can’t make payment for scheme, can’t a ces your account, can’t check past payment history. This is a Bad app, better not to have it.. fun thing is if you talk to someone in local shop, they are very confident that all the issues with app are addressed.
