Just a few thoughts

The last time I played this game which was a few years ago I thought there was a thing where the pets would roam around your screen, and I didn’t know if that was this game or a different game, if it was this game why did you get rid of it, it was so fun and if it was a different game you guys should add it (just a thought though). Also I saw another review about cookies and I also think there should be more than just the quizzes because I have certain things that are restricted on my phone and I’m order to do a quiz I need to go to another website and when I try to go to that website it says it’s restricted (which isn’t your fault of course) but it would be nice to have something in game to get cookies that doesn’t involve me watching ads.

I love HelloPet, it has the cutest pets you can get, I’m a beginner at this game so I only have the white cat but I love this game already this first minute I played it I loved it so much! You can talk to your pets and even have cute conversations with them like you can ask them things and they will meow or bark (I’m guessing about the bark because I haven’t got the dog yet, 😅) but they are nice and they are super cute! If you are reading this please get this app it’s amazing and it has the cutest pets that walk around on your screen and on the app. ( You can also make your room for your pets look nicer and you can pet them and they will walk around the room and ply plus it starts you off with some cool fun toys, the bubble machine which jas about 5 uses in it before it is used up, the dog bone toy which you can squeak about 5 times before it is used up, and finally the butterfly which will only fly around the room and disappear after about 10 seconds. If you made it to the end, then thank you for reading my review and I hope many people will get this amazing app and love it as I have. My pet cat I named teenie is my new best friend I love to play with him a lot thank you again for reading my review. 😊

cute idea, but issue with rewards

i’ll start off with the cons so i can end off on a good note with the pro’s. the absolutely most frustrating thing is the ads (surveys). first thing, the surveys never give you nearly close to what they say you can get. i understand your reward is based on your answers basically (which makes no sense), but you never get anything near the max account. now this wouldn’t be that big of a problem IF i actually got any of the rewards. i did several, around 6 or 7 quizzes and got absolutely none of the rewards. plus the chances thing is literally based on getting 100 rewards on an ad, can’t do that if i’m not getting the rewards... extremely frustrating because otherwise getting them is painstakingly slow. i wasted a few hours trying to do them to no avail. besides this the game is adorable!! best mobile phone pet game hands down and i’ve paid for some of these pet games (and deleted them.) i love the voice commands, the pets are cute, love the animation and responses etc. how detailed it is like their birthday, how you can call their name and so on. i’m sure there’s a lot more to come with this game and bugs to be fixed, i really hope whatever’s going on with the ads rewards gets fixed asap, if so i’m sure it’ll be one of the very few games i don’t delete within a month (or just forget about lol.)

Try going to 'Get free cookies' and tap on 'Missing cookies?' on the bottom of that screen. If you fill out the report Tapjoy, the company who provides the ads, should help you from there. See below photo references if you participated in either Fyber or Supersonic ad channels. Unfortunately, the ad cookies are provided by the ad channels, not Hellopet.
