Augusta ToGo 4+

This was my first time using the app. The app was simple to use. I was just given silly reasons for not being able to request lunch items. (Maybe lunch specials aren’t available on Sunday, but the pop up said “only available from 7:00 am to 7:05 am”) However, I was given an hour wait time when I first submitted my order. My order was confirmed by someone and then confirmed by someone else. I watched the hour delivery time increase by 25 minutes, then 30 minutes, then 35 minutes...

Compared to all of the other delivery services in the area Augusta To Go is just not competitive. I’ve supported them for longer than I should have because they’re a local company but it’s to the point now they’re just taking advantage of us. They charge almost double what the other delivery services charge and take three times as long to deliver. The “estimated delivery time” they provide is really nothing more than an absolute guess. They’ve been more than two hours past it on multiple occasions. Meanwhile DoorDash, Uber eats etc will have you fed in less than 40 minutes for half the price. Do yourself a favor. Don’t download this app.

Very slow on orders food was always wrong never checked and more then once food was missing or damaged nothing was ever done. Also lost over $60 from them and never got it back when there security was hacked words from them! I tried to reach out and was meet with hostility and unprofessionalism. In the end I had to open a case with the better business bureau.I will never use them and neither will anybody else I know after they saw what I went through. Also had couple local companies drop them because of this and the way they treat there customers
