Ratings and Reviews
TouchID support is a must
Can’t even imagine why such an app has no TouchID support still, it’s a must from the beginning. On the other hand, the bank managers said via Facebook that this feature will be implemented before this New Year holidays and we are still waiting!
Face id disappeared after moving to the new device
After restoring backup of old phone on the new device, face id disappeared and cant find the way how to get it back. Deleting and restoring the application doesn’t work.
Poor Ux
Hi there!
I’d like to share experience of using this app.
Disadvantages:
- poor ux/ui - you should to be a really smart guy to make a simple bank operation. The organization of the tabs are terrible . Please take a look at best practice, such as monobank app or at least privat bank app.
- when you go to message from the bank, you can’t close notification about payment. The only thing you can do - delete precise line or clean up all notification.
- a big amount of useless function, some of them I will never use!
Advantage:
- I can send do money operation :)
I hope this app still intermediated version and you are working on something special!
