Bnft allows you to securely manage your benefits at the touch of a button. Easily register with your account information. If you have already registered to mybnft.com then you are all set and ready to go. Simply use your existing username and password to sign in.

REAL-TIME, AVAILABLE BALANCE
You will have access to check your benefit balance. Bnft will also send you notifications when a deposit is posted to your account and when you are expected to receive your next deposit.

CARD AND PIN UPDATES
Is your card lost, stolen, or damaged? Bnft has you covered as you can update your card status and order a new replacement card all within the app.

SCAN IT!
For WIC cardholders, Bnft allows you to scan a food item to determine not only is the item a WIC approved product, it will tell you if you have benefits to purchase the product.

FEATURE PRODUCTS
As a WIC cardholder you will have access to view feature products at stores within your location based on your current benefits.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Bnft will send notifications for card status changes, deposit notifications, expected deposit dates, low balance or expiring benefits, and when your PIN is locked due to consecutive incorrect attempts.

This is so much better than the vouchers that my daughter and son use to get back in 2004 and 2012… this is so much better because all I have to do is just click and punch in my information and it shows me what I haven’t used.. the only thing that needs is the face recognition; so the ones that has the face recognition can use their face instead of punching in their email and password information… because some of us forget our password because we have so many passwords..

Hi Carolina, thank you for the 5 star review! For an easy login experience, you can enable biometrics in your phone settings to log in on the mobile app, to avoid typing in your email and password every time. Cannot update phone number- LOCKED OUT!!

God forbid you have to change your phone number. This app and all of its features insist that they verify your identity using a single phone number- they will let you update your password with only your email address- but not your phone number. And when the only way to access your account is to change your password, because you cannot change your phone number- and of of course calling customer service was NO HELP!! They were supposed to reset my account- but I still have not been able to resolve my issue. I have no access to my old phone number and cannot change it without being able to access the phone number! FIX THIS NOW!! I cannot use my benefits without access to this app to know what I have remaining!

AWFULLY ANNOYING

I live in Illinois. I keep trying to reset my password and it keeps giving an error message bubble popping up saying “unknown error, please try again”. I did this for HOURS yesterday. I finally tried the online site instead of the app andit said I can only reset my password 5 times in an hour. The password reset codes never came to my email. They finally came all at once!! I tried again well after an hour and got the same message. Fast forward to today. An ENTIRE DAY LATER, and I still get the SAME ERROR MESSAGE. It says to call the number on the back of the card but there is no human on the number. Only options to choose from pertaining to the card! The other number is the fraud hotline. I’m very frustrated and disappointed!!!
