I don't normally write reviews but I just couldn't go on without writing one, this app is almost complete garbage, I don't know they do updates for but it's definitely not to get this app working properly. I have to reload this app 700 times just to get it to pull up and when that doesn't work I have to delete the app altogether and pray to God that it will let me log back in. I'm so happy that I don't really have to use any other features this app may have because I'm quite sure that would be another headache. At this point yall should either higher someone that knows how to develop an app correctly or just scrap it
Multiple documents under one email
This app does not work well.. When sending all documents for the same load, you have to send multiple pics to send, you cannot send under the same document. That should be a simple fix instead dispatch ask us to send each document separately and that’s multiple emails and confirmation numbers. I should be able to send all documents from the same load under one load assignment
A masterpiece of convenience and utility
5 Star all around.
Great customer support.
Great for the company and especially for the driver. Saves me time and helps me have access to things I need from my cellular device. A person concerned of location services and battery draining just need to learn to configure your phone settings. Keep up the good work and please continue to support and use this application.
