absolutely love how premium this app feels. The only downside i could think of is how they’d sometimes charge and deduct the given amount before getting the confirmation from the actual restaurant. Eventually you’d have to wait a week on average for a refund. Would definitely recommend an update for future developments of the service, but other than that great app!!!

I understand that during this time the application can kick me out a few times and cancel my order , however, even a little before that I tried ordering and my order was accepted and a while later I received a call that the order is no longer available after it took it ( and that was before the restricted curfew of Corona). So far, I haven’t been satisfied ordering from your application on any given day . I’ll try again once if twice but I hope I don’t get disappointed again as it’s unnecessary to rely on an unreliable option. I heard great feedback from my friends honestly , but I have not l experienced it personally yet . Good luck to all.

I have used several good delivery apps and must say that lugmety exceed them all from a customer service standpoint (fast, always sort out issues, friendly drivers) and top quality restaurants. Even their prices are better (if the location of restaurant is lower you pay less than the competition). And on top of all this there is no MINIMUM spend.
