Description
Manzyl is an easy to use and intuitive app that enables regular property owners and property agencies alike to post, manage, and view properties in their regions. With advanced search filters that enables users to target specific properties within specific areas and and managing those properties with a favorite list accordingly.
Manzyl as a mobility based system enabling the user to capture properties as the User is moving within proximity of the property to assist the user in the actual assessment of the location and to get the user to save time and effort as they do the actual search.
First access to the system doesn't require signing up user account or login; the user can simply browse, search and view available properties according to their desired criteria of search. Signup and user verification is required however is the user wants to post a property for sale or rent.
Posting a property is an intuitive process which allows the user among basic property details to pin the location of the property on the map as well as uploading the desired photos and corresponding captions
Searching for a listed property by search categories or by Map location zone or by proximity automatically.
