Description
Wake me up when a night terror hits. Night Terrors is a sleeping assistant that monitors movement patterns throughout the night to play a sound and wake you when movement is detected. Advanced motion detection algorithms are used to process sensor data from the devices' inbuilt accelerometer to detect sleep paralysis, night terrors and nightmares.
As safety and privacy is our upmost concern, no sleeping data or activity usage is recorded remotely by Night Terrors.
Night Terrors was previously distributed under the title "Hoped".

Version 2.0.3
Night Terrors 2.0 introduces an improved motion algrithm to provide more accurate detections of night terrors. The app has been updated to take advantage of the capabilities on newer devices with support for the latest hardware.
Version 2.0.3 includes minor bug fixes.

Could this be it?
Been searching for an app to help with sleep paralysis. Going to test this app out. Would be great to see it for apple watch to check heart rate or breathing since its hard to move while being in sleep paralysis. Maybe the watch app could pulse vibrate to help “wake up” the victim. Excited to see if this app works though! Giving 5 stars for the idea and concept , can’t rate on how it works yet!

I have a great deal of respect for author’s intend. I suffer from sleep paralysis on daily basis. App has potential to get almost lifesaving for me, however at this stage it is pretty green. Ultimately it would be great to have a watch app to monitor vitals such as heart, breath, and specific movement patterns associated with problematic sleep, which (hinting) can be very individual. Good luck!
