Consistently good!
I hate ordering out but at least they never mess up my order, the food is consistently the same (delicious) mostly healthy options, my child likes eating here, I feel the price point is more fair than similar types of healthy organic restaurants. I love coming in person so much but for these times especially this is my go to for take out or delivery! Thank you!
App needs “order status” field on homepage
I put my phone down as soon as I ordered then minutes later I tried to navigate back to the order confirmation to see when the order will be ready and finally found it under transaction history. Never would’ve guessed it would take two clicks and then be in this category. I think ‘recent orders’ or ‘order status’ should be on the home page… Maybe I’m just used to other apps having a quick button to take you to order conf/status but seems like this concept could be improved on this app. Giving sincere feedback as I’m a long-term loyal loving customer! 💗 love flower child!
No longer a great app
This used to be an amazing app. All I needed for lunch was my phone. The app had my credit card to pay, recorded my rewards, reminded me of my rewards and allowed me to tip. I never needed my wallet.
I stood in line for 10 minutes and discovered when I got to the register that they removed all of that from the app. I had to lose my place in line, retrieve my wallet in the car, stand in line again, order again, reinstall the new app, take my receipt to the table to scan the receipt so I could my rewards. On top of all of that, the beer I normally bought was now nearly half the size. The meals are now significantly smaller.
I may be cured from my Flower Child addiction.
