Version 2.32
This release improves support for One-Time Passwords (OTP) when logging in to Account Access. Specifically, this version allows the user to choose which phone number or email address will receive the OTP.

Very sad
I would really like to check my sweet gains but this thing is an absolute nightmare to login. It constantly bounces my credentials when I know they are correct. Whoever developed it needs canned.
Update: This thing is still god awful. Easily the dumpiest app on my phone. It should not be impossible to login.
Embarrassing
If the app isn’t going to work, please disable it until you’re able to put the proper resources into it to maintain it. A retirement company for thousands of employees should have much better technology than this in 2022.
Virginia can do better
Has never worked. A complete waste of time. Pathetic piece of junk. Would give less than 1 star if possible.
