Don't Miss The Bus‪!‬ 4+

It took me awhile to get access to the app bc it didn’t recognize my kids student id numbers. Customer service was helpful in getting that resolved, and I was able to utilize the app for about a week. It was very convenient to see exactly how much time my kids had before they needed to step out out to their respective stops. This is going on the third week that it’s completely down. The school advised it was being worked on, but at this point I’m doubtful.

I like that we can see the bus and know when it is coming, but I would also like the notification to ring or vibrate the phone, so we didn’t have to stare at the phone to know when it is coming. I do like that every time I have contacted the support team they have been very helpful. I know some say it doesn’t work or glitches, but when I talked to the support staff last year they stated that every time our phones update to a new iOS they have to fix their app too. I told them of the problems we were having and they checked back with me weekly until the problem was resolved.

Love this app to make sure the kids don’t miss the bus in the morning. We were having some issues not getting notifications, I contacted the developer and they worked with me and got the problem fixed! They have great communication and will help solve any issues you might have with the app. It helps having something so I know the kids will be ready for the bus!
