Super practical

Ive been using Spotio for the last few months and its makes my solar sales job so easy. I dont have to worry about double knocking doors, and I can actually see which homes already have solar soI dont waste my time with them. I can also find my leads easily without having to write down addresses in a notebook. The only drawback is the fact that every once in a while, a pin will display itself as lead when in reality it was a “no”, but within a few seconds it refreshes and has everything correct. Id highly recommend this app to anyone working in sales.

Typical Garbage!

Worthless customer support! This company is t for an individual who is selling. They require you to sign up with a minimum of 5 sales reps. I was one of the first people ever to sign up with Spotio back in the day and now they treat me like I’m worthless since I don’t want a team. Not everyone in the D2D industry has a team and most like me prefer not to have one either. This app is also terrible with its user friendliness. You have to make way to many clicks in between knocking doors which is distracting. I personally work in new construction and I have to manually input every single door. The app is garbage just like most all the others in the industry. Do yourself a favor and just use an app like Evernote to manually input everything. You’re literally doing the same thing by manually inputting data and you can also GPS it. The biggest benefit to using another way to input your data is that companies like Spotio, Canvass, etc can’t strong arm your data by either forcing you to pay for 5+ users or by just completely deleting your account and claim there was no other option. Just don’t sign up I’m warning you.

Wish it worked

Beautiful app. Too bad it’s slowing me down more than helping. I agree a lot with a previous reviewer here, it’s focused more on the owner and not on the rep. My dashboard tracks all activities except the ones that matter to me as a door to door rep, such as visits and appointments set. I wants ratios, visits-contact, contacts-appointments, appointments-closed, Seeing my performance grow is the foundation for me and my future reps.

Another gripe is door-to-door mode is hard to work. I have info tap and I love the feature, only problem is if I knock on a door and no one answered, info tap will stop working for that address. Even if I revisit and get contact, info tap stops working after the first visit making me manually input the contact info. Half the time you won’t get first contact so half the time the feature isn’t useful.

It’s a beautifully appealing app, I want this app to work and I love how they are trying to be more of a CRM. Can’t let the basics slip. Maybe Sales rabbit can be more useful for me
