Implemented a new version checker to make updating the APP a smoother process. Non-Utility payments can now be made via the mobile app. Excluding payments for accounts receivable/invoicing software. Minor bug fixes for autopay and transaction processing.

Update loop still not fixed

Contrary to another user‘s experience, the update loop problem is still not fixed. I just updated iOS to 15.4.1 and I can‘t get into the app to pay my bill. It tells me I have to update but the only option in the App Store is to Open the app…and guess what? I can‘t open the app until I update. And on and on and on….. please fix this problem so I can pay my bills. Otherwise, it‘s a great app.

We apologize for the inconvenience with the update. An incorrect version code was entered when we updated the APP. A fix was made late on 04/15/2022. You can proceed with updating without the loop.

Honestly, I hate this app more than I hate stepping on a rusty nail. The only reason I have it is because it’s the only way the local water company accepts payments aside from checks, and it’s not 2002, no one writes checks. It continually says that there’s an update in the App Store and I have to update, but there’s no pending updates. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and surprise, it still said there’s an update available and I must update before being able to log on.

If you all would like to just come to my home and stab me, it would probably be a more pleasant experience than having to use your app. To the owner’s of this app: I hope you all have the day you deserve.

No option to set a date for payment

This is the first time using xpress bill pay where I cannot pick a date for my bill to be paid.
I am on Social Security and I need to make sure my water bill is not deducted from my bank account before my Social Security check is deposited into my bank account.
