Whitaker's Words is a Latin-English & English-Latin dictionary and parser, powered by a 39,000+ word database called William Whitaker's Words (http://archives.nd.edu/words.html).

Broken?
This would be really useful since I was using the online version, but when I look up a word it just displays an html doc that shows an error instead of my word. I would love to use this if that gets fixed

Hey TimG777, sorry about the delay in fixing the app. Latin to English should be working now. English to Latin is still in the works.
Amazing app
This is a great app and has really helped me and even gotten me through depression and cancer. After my grandma died I was in a very dark place and when I discovered this app I just could not log off, it made me so happy. I have spent countless hours on this app and have even shared with all of my friends and family. William Whitaker is one of the greatest men out there and I humbly invite him to my house for dinner, my wedding, and my funeral.
Fixes the websites bad interface with phones.
This app makes doing my Latin work so much easier. The website is not optimized well for phones so I'm glad that an app based off the website was made. I often don't have access to a computer and hated accessing Whittaker's words from my phone.
