SportsEngine Motion 4+

I had my 12 yr old girls at Rockdale Gymnastics for a year and the only thing they could do was a round off. After three sessions with BeastMode Athletics, one of my girls did her first unassisted backhand spring. And my other daughter is right behind her. The coaches at BeastMode accessed the girls and their skill levels and gave them the proper attention they were in need of. I would recommend EVERYONE bring their young athletes to BeastMode Athletics. They run a program that is enriching and results driven!

We used GoMotion as our payment system for my child’s competition cheer organization. When it became apparent that the director was grossly mismanaging money and the gym was shut down overnight, many parents tried to delete their payment information to stop further charges. The “delete” button had disappeared from our parent interface. The only option was to call or email GoMotion. Several parents called and never spoke to a person. Messages were left and never responded to. I wrote an email and never got an answer or even an auto-reply. A few days later I got an email from the cheer director herself, who deleted my cards per my request. It was clear that GoMotion just forwarded everything to our director, who I clearly explained should no longer have access to my payment information.
In addition, as we are trying to dispute charges for goods and services not received for the cheer season, it became apparent that there is no option in GoMotion for a parent to print their financial statement. This is mind-boggling. I now have to deal with a series of screen shots pasted into a document to show my bank receipts.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with the app. You can reach customer support from the mobile app login screen by clicking the help button, scrolling down, and selecting "report a problem here". Why does this app not give you the choice to turn off autopay??? I didn’t even have the option to take my card off of the account so I was vulnerable to any charges the organization thought appropriate. I paid so much money in fees to the app. Then the organization that was using it mistakenly charged me when I was supposed to get a refund. If I was able to take my card off of the account this would never have happened. The second you pay using this app you are leaving yourself open completely for the organization using it to charge anything and everything to your account. This app profits off of the businesses that use it and they clearly created it to benefit them. If anyone can avoid using this, then don’t! It’s a rip off and sports engine does not care to be fair or accommodating.

Thank you for your comments. However, the items you are mentioning are controlled by the organization you are involved in. I would encourage you to speak to your organization as the app, DOES allow for all that you are saying if your organization allows for it. I hope that changes you rating of the app for above 1 star.
