Every since the latest update I’m unable to order delivery

Ever since the update the app automatically switches to a pickup order anytime I try to order a delivery. I have found no way to work around this other than using the website but that’s so inconvenient. Using the combi card has also been giving me issues in the app, it keeps trying to charge me even though I have the loyalty card and the cart items are eligible for the card. Super frustrating.

terrible customer service features

ordered a sandwich because they gave me a free credit when i downloaded and made my first purchase. first of all, terrible tracking features for delivery because you cant contact the driver or anyone at joe and the juice. tried the contact feature and the lady on the phone could not find my order or help me in any way. the order said delivered but wasnt delivered and theres no way to contact for a refund or talk to any humans!!! now I have wasted my credit, my money, and my time. dont order through this app if you want to be able to have any form of customer service with order problems- just download doordash or uber eats and save yourself the headache. terrible experience

Not sustainable

Between 4-5 times every week, I order via the app to eat in the local store (Noordermarkt 5). I specifically click the button “Take away? NO” so we can skip all the packaging that comes with a takeout meal, but every time, without fail, the order appears on the counter inside all the takeout packaging. It’s so disappointing! I then take it from the counter, rip off all the packaging, throw it directly in the trash a few feet away and grab a table to ‘eat in’. This has literally happened a hundred times now and I know I’m not the only person. If you guys aren’t just ‘greenwashing’ with your sustainability branding, you gotta fix this. The store says the issue is in the app and not in their end.
