Junk app!!
Everytime I try to use this app, I can not go back to the home page, I am forced to close this app, and re-open, a useless tool!!
App is limited, and club rubi is ridiculus
The biggest use for the app seems to be registering products for club rubi rewards. I am amazed at how many products have been rejected. You scan the upc and submit the invoice. The review acts like the points come out of their pocket. You submit a screen shot of the invoice they reject it for not being the whole invoice, you Send the whole invoice and they reject it for being too small. I just got a rejection where they say the product I submitted is not the invoice I submitted - but it is! When you realize that 100 point which represents well over $1000 yields 10 euros it's really quite a waste of time. The help section of the app - comically provides a minute video to help with the app. The app could really be useful but falls short. The app actually has actually soured me to the tools which I formerly though we're among the best made.
Good so far
I use a lot of Rubi products. Have been for 20+ years. Great tools. Great support. The app seems great so far. Let’s see how it progresses. Good information on it, I like the rewards idea.
